More CA are Certified Advisers with Xero and have put together the below packages to help you and your business. Our plans are designed to assist people with their rental properties, through to those in business. We help you through the on-boarding process and set-up, offer one on one training, and provide continued guidance, help and support.

Conditions

For businesses with turnover up to $1m

12-month minimum term

Back-dated fees apply when you join More CA during the year (see FAQ)

  • Xero set up: Typically from $300 depending on complexity
  • Xero training: Free –  basic instruction included on topics such as invoicing and bank reconciliation (videos supplied). Further Xero training at $150 per hour where necessary.
  • Bookkeeping: $75/hr

Examples

Build Your Own

Owner of rental properties who only needs to report annually for tax purposes and does not need any assistance in the meantime.

Basic

Commissioned sales agents who need to file income tax and GST returns. However, they don’t need to raise invoices as this is done for them and they are quite willing to learn more about Xero in order save some money on fees.

Standard

Plumbing company owned by a married couple who both work in the business. Mum reconciles the bank accounts in Xero on a weekly basis and sends out any invoices to clients. Dad is on the tools most days but sends the odd invoice direct from his smartphone at the end of the job. They are happy with where they are at and just need help with the annual accounts and income tax returns.

Build Your Own

Stripped-back service where you hold and pay your own Xero sub.  Ideal as an add-on to another plan or where you don’t need all the services included in those plans.  The more you want, the more it costs.
