When should I have a session?
Once you are serious about purchasing the business we recommend making an appointment to come and see us about your planned venture. From there we are able to establish the best way forward for you, and help you see how your investment will influence your future.
What is Due Diligence and is it required?
Due Diligence is described in the Oxford Dictionary as being ‘a comprehensive appraisal of a business undertaken by a prospective buyer, especially to establish its assets and liabilities and evaluate its commercial potential.’ We highly recommend every business has an accountant look over the business deal to make sure that all is as it seems.
